The place was fairly clean with a welcoming staff at the reception desk. The hotel's location was reasonable, really close to the airport, a mall and Orimi boulevard. Besides, the property was 4 km away from National Show Center.

The Maani Muscat Hotel impressed me with its spacious, clean rooms that offered fine views of the city. The breakfast buffet stood out with a diverse selection of delicious options, especially the fresh fruit and local dishes. I appreciated the attentive service from the restaurant staff. I encountered a significant issue during check-in. The receptionist, Jana, was unhelpful and rude when I attempted to redeem a breakfast discount I'd previously confirmed via email. This negative interaction put a damper on my stay. Despite this, the hotel's peaceful atmosphere and excellent dining were nice.

The staff were super friendly, especially Celine at reception who sorted our little hiccup in no time. The pool area was a jol for the kids-nice warm water for swimming and they loved it! Oh, and brekkie was lekker with a solid variety to keep everyone happy.

Had a bit of a hassle when the kettle in the room was broken, took ages to get someone to fix it.

Request a room on higher floors for fine city views and a quieter stay away from pool noise.

Wow, this place was amazing! The kids loved the pool area, it was always warm and fun. The staff were super friendly, especially the lovely lady in the kids zone who kept our little ones entertained! Breakfast was a treat with fresh fruits galore. Just wished the Wi-Fi could've been a bit faster but overall, we really enjoyed it!

Just a solid selection for a weekend respite in Muscat with great value-to-price ratio. The snorkeling trip we arranged through reception was fantastic and well-organized. Check out the nearby adventure village for a fun family outing.

The place is very nice, clean and family friendly. The beds are super comfy, and the staff are nice, especially mr ahmed al toobi. We had a great time by the pool, relaxing and enjoying the vibe. There are so many places to eat nearby, we loved it! I'm glad we chose to stay here.

The towels were kinda old and had stains. They didn't change them one day. The breakfast was also kinda ordinary and could've had more options.

We stayed here with our five kids, and everyone loved the pool! The warm water was perfect for swimming. The breakfast spread was excellent, especially the fresh omelette station that my family enjoyed. Plus, the location next to a mall was super convenient!
